Chemistry Uncovered return for another original music showcase – TICKETS
Doors open 7pm – live music from 8pm
Following the fantastic reception to their debut headline show in April 2026, Chemistry Uncovered return to Wycombe Arts Centre for another exciting evening of original live music.
Fronted by husband-and-wife duo Wendy & Bill Hester, Chemistry Uncovered bring together more than 30 years of live performance experience with a passion for writing and performing their own music. Their eclectic mix of rock, pop, R&B and dance-inspired sounds delivers a show full of energy, emotion and musical surprises, alongside a selection of the covers that have inspired them over the years.
Since their debut show, Chemistry Uncovered have continued to attract growing radio attention, with airplay and featured appearances on BBC Introducing, Wycombe Sound, Marlow FM, Solar Radio and Amazing Radio in both the UK and US. They are also due to make a further appearance on BBC Introducing in October.
Their first headline performance received glowing reviews, with audience members describing it as:
“Songs that felt like you had known them for years had us dancing from the start.”
“The whole place was buzzing from start to finish.”
“Every song had its own story – and got us drawn in or dancing our hearts out!”
Joining Bill and Wendy once again will be Tasha and Tommy Denton, talented musicians, key collaborators in the recording of Chemistry Uncovered’s music and close friends. The four have played hundreds of shows together over the past 15 years, giving the band the kind of authentic natural chemistry that can’t really be rehearsed.
For Bill, who grew up locally and attended the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe, returning to Wycombe Arts Centre is particularly special. Following the wonderful atmosphere of their first show, the band can’t wait to do it all again – with more original music, familiar favourites and a few surprises along the way.
