A fun and easy way to enjoy the far-reaching  benefits of dancing!

Welcome to Bollywood Bounce, my dance fitness class, using Indian and International music, rhythms and dance styles. It is suitable for beginners and you don’t have to be a dancer or even have rhythm for that matter. There is increasing evidence that dance exercise improves quality of life and potential benefits in areas including physical health, memory, balance, anxiety and depression.
My classes are a friendly place and new-comers are made very welcome. You will move to some awesome beats, you will laugh, have fun and sweat! You go at your own pace because you know your body best.
