Our Spaces are available to everyone
As a hub for the creative arts in the local community, we make our spaces available to those who need them with different packages and pricing available.

The Cafe Space
A flexible and welcoming venue, ideal for events, performances, workshops, and community gatherings. It includes an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities and a space that can be set up as a green room if needed.
Capacity:
80 standing | 60 theatre-style | 50 seated around tables | 25–30 for workshops
Hire starts from £30 per hour, with optional bar & café service, PA system, projector and screen, lighting, a sound engineer, or kitchen facilities available at an additional cost.
Discounts are offered for registered charities and regular hires.

The Theatre Space
A beautiful decommissioned church with stunning architecture, this Grade II listed building provides a unique and atmospheric setting for larger events such as performances, live bands, theatre productions, festivals, exhibitions, film screenings, weddings, and special parties.
Capacity: 275 Standing | 150 theatre-style | 120 seated around tables
Hire starts from £60 per hour, with optional services available at an additional cost, including a bar & café, full PA system, projectors, lighting, and a separate green rooms.
Discounts are available for registered charities and long-term hires.

The Garden
A peaceful urban garden in the heart of High Wycombe town centre, surrounded by mature trees and shrubs, offering a welcoming retreat.
The garden accommodates around 100 people and is part of our venue, available during events but not for separate hire. It features a vibrant spray-painted wall, adding creative flair to the space.
In the past, we’ve worked with Chiltern Rangers and Chalk Cherries and Chairs, and continue to receive incredible support from Grow Together. During the summer months, we host outdoor events with a stage, seating, and a children’s play area, creating a perfect setting for various occasions.

Our shared art studio is located at the back of the Cafe Space. This flexible, motivational area is perfect for small workshops and classes, as well as when you need a space to draw, paint, sculpt or craft that’s away from home.
Our open studio time includes use of the facilities (easels, work benches, etc), access to our in-house materials store and advice/mentoring. There’s also a small, galley-style workshop and sink area in the crypt for minor woodworking etc.

Hot-Desking in our Art Studio
Our art studio also includes space for hot-desking with a maximum capacity of five people, depending on the artwork being produced at the time! Whether you need space to work on an upcoming project, somewhere inspiring to get the creative ideas flowing or you’re just interested in creating works to display in our space, we can tailor a programme that works for you. Green Room
Our small, carpeted green room is ideal for bands/performers to change before going on stage, and it’s also a handy rehearsal room.
