In Spring 2019, our art department organised something a little special: a two-week long artist takeover of the Grade 2 listed Old Church Theatre space.

With 15 creative people from the area all taking part, there was a fantastic buzz for this exhibition. There were over 30 pieces on display, including amazing sculptures, exciting new works, fantastic site-specific installations, unique collaborations in interesting areas of the building, and even demos with several large-scale artworks being created on-site.

It was a very creative fortnight, but don’t just take our word for it…
