Robert is obsessed with the incredible capacity that we ALL have to be creative, funny, smart – and to laugh at the lighter things in life. Growing up as a shy kid, who didn’t quite fit in, he became addicted to performing magic and (eventually) hypnotism for anyone who would sit and watch. His influences were people like comedy magicians like Paul Daniels, Tommy Cooper on one hand and then musicals and grand theatre shows on the other. For the past 20 years, Robert has travelled all over the world performing his own unique brand of comedy hypnotism – where the emphasis is put on volunteers from the audience and turning them into stars of the show, to unleash their own creativity in a 2-hour show of improvised comedy where anything can happen and no one is humiliated. In this crazy 2-hour show, participants from the crowd will be hypnotised and transformed for their pleasure and the audience’s entertainment, with the only UK-touring comedy hypnosis show. This show is about creating hilarious memories that last a lifetime, giving volunteers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to step outside of their day to day shell and let their imagination run wild.
